Get PDF Reader: If you don't have a reader for PDF files to view on your computer, you can download one from either of these sites. Adobe (the industry standard) or Foxit (faster but not as complete).

Open reader outside browser: If you don't want the PDF to open in your computer's browser window, you can change go to "Edit" in your PDF reader program, select "Preferences", choose "Internet" in the left column, and unclick "Display PDF in Browser".

Get readers for mobile devices: If you want to read the Update on your mobile device, and it has a Microsoft operating system (such as PocketPC or Smartphone), then you can get mobile readers from Adobe and Foxit. Download them from these sites: Adobe Mobile and Foxit Mobile. If your device is a Mac (such as ipad), you need an app. Take a look here.
